功能训练在脑卒中吞咽困难患者护理中的应用效果

Effect of Physical Training in the Nursing Care of Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

目的:探讨功能训练在脑卒中吞咽困难患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年1月广州市东升医院收治的62例脑卒中吞咽困难患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各31例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用功能训练。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组吞咽功能改善总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。护理后,试验组功能性经口摄食量表评分、洼田饮水试验评分优于对照组,生存质量测定量表各项指标评分、护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能训练在脑卒中吞咽困难患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者吞咽功能,提高患者生活质量与护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of physical training in the nursing care of patients with dysphagia in stroke.Methods:30 cases of dysphagia patients with stroke admitted to Guangzhou Dongsheng Hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 15 cases each according to the randomized numerical table method.The control group used conventional nursing care,and the experimental group used physical training on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of swallowing function improvement in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).After nursing care,the scores of Functional Oral Intake Scale and the score of Water swallowing Test of the experimental group were better than that of the control group,and various indexes of quality of life-BREF scale and the total satisfaction of nursing care were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of functional training in the care of patients with dysphagia in stroke has significant effect,which can improve the swallowing function of the patients,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients.
