叙事护理在冠心病支架植入术后患者中的应用效果

Effect of Narrative Nursing in Patients after Coronary Stent Implantation

目的:探讨叙事护理在冠心病支架植入术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于合肥市第二人民医院行冠心病支架植入术的80例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施叙事护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,试验组焦虑、抑郁评分,疾病不确定性量表各项指标评分低于对照组,自我护理能力量表各项指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理在冠心病支架植入术后患者中的应用效果显著,可改善不良情绪,减少疾病不确定感,提升自我护理能力。

Objective:To explore the application effect of narrative nursing in patients after coronary heart disease stent implantation.Methods:80 patients who underwent coronary artery disease stent implantation in Hefei Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 40 cases each by the method of randomized numerical table.The control group implemented conventional nursing,and the experimental group implemented narrative nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,anxiety and depression scores,the scores of the indicators of the Disease Uncertainty Scale of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of the indicators of the Self-Care Competence Scale were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of narrative nursing in patients with coronary artery disease after stent implantation has significant effect,which can improve the bad mood,reduce the sense of disease uncertainty,and improve the self-care ability.
