集束化护理在脑卒中后睡眠障碍中的应用效果

Application Effect of Cluster Nursing in Sleep Disorders after Stroke

目的:探讨集束化护理在脑卒中后睡眠障碍中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年3月广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者104例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各52例。对照组采用综合护理,试验组采用集束化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,试验组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、爱泼沃斯量表评分低于对照组,总睡眠时间、深睡眠时间、浅睡眠时间、快速眼动睡眠时间及觉醒次数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理在脑卒中后睡眠障碍中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者睡眠质量与睡眠进程。

Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster nursing in sleep disorder after stroke.Methods:A total of one hundred and four patients with post-stroke sleep disorders admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups with fifty-two cases each by random number table method.The control group received comprehensive nursing and the experimental group received cluster nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index and Epworth scale in experimental group were lower than those in control group,total sleep time,deep sleep time,light sleep time,rapid eye movement sleep time and wake times were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing in sleep disorders after stroke has a remarkable effect,which can improve the sleep quality and sleep process of patients.
