针对性护理在新生儿经外周静脉中心静脉置管术肠外营养中的应用效果

Application Effect of Targeted Nursing on Parenteral Nutrition in Neonates with Central Venous Catheterization through Peripheral Vein

目的:分析针对性护理在新生儿经外周静脉中心静脉置管术(PICC)肠外营养中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月深圳市儿童医院收治100例需肠外营养的新生儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。两组均采用PICC肠外营养,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采用针对性护理。比较两组住院时间、体质量增长情况、一次穿刺成功率、并发症发生情况、新生儿家属护理满意度。结果:研究组住院时间短于对照组,体质量增长大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组一次穿刺成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.362)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。研究组家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:针对性护理在新生儿PICC肠外营养中的应用效果显著,能够缩短住院时间,促进新生儿生长,降低并发症发生率,提高家属护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in parenteral nutrition of neonates through peripheral central venous catheterization(PICC).Methods:A total of one hundred newborns requiring parenteral nutrition in Shenzhen Children's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with fifty cases in each group by random number table method.Both groups received PICC parenteral nutrition,the control group received routine nursing,and the study group received targeted nursing.The length of hospital stay,the increase of body mass,the success rate of one puncture,the occurrence of complications,and the satisfaction of neonatal family nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The length of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the increase of body mass was greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the success rate of puncture between the two groups(P=0.362);The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017);The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing in neonatal PICC parenteral nutrition has remarkable effects,which can shorten the length of hospital stay,promote the growth of newborns,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
