新疆维吾尔自治区儿童用药依从性调查及影响因素分析

Survey on Medication adherence in Children and Its Influencing Factors in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

目的:调查新疆维吾尔自治区儿童用药依从性,分析其影响因素。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月于伊犁哈萨克自治州新华医院就诊患儿1500作为研究对象,均给予自制依从性问卷、基础资料问卷进行调查,分析问卷调查结果,总结新疆维吾尔自治区患儿用药依从性的影响因素。结果:经调查,在1500例患儿中,用药依从性良好患儿962例(64.13%),用药依从性差患儿538例(35.87%);多因素分析结果显示,年龄<3岁、非独生子女、体力劳动者或全职主妇、片剂药品、中药味药物、未遵医嘱按次给药、未遵医嘱按量给药是患儿用药依从性的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:新疆维吾尔自治区患儿用药依从性较低,造成该情况的因素多样,需结合实际积极开展针对性干预,进一步提升儿童用药依从性,保障医疗质量。

Objective:To investigate medication adherence in children in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:1500 children who attended Xinhua Hospital of Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and all of them were given medication adherence questionnaires and basic information Survey form to conduct surveys,so that the results of the questionnaires and the influencing factors of medication adherence can be analyzed and summarized.Results:In this Study among 1500 children,962(64.13%)children with good medication adherence and another 538(35.87%)children with poor medication adherence were investigated;According to the multifactorial analysis the independent risk factors for medication adherence in children are following:the children under 3 years old,notsingle-child in families,the children with a mother as a manual laborer or a mother as a full-time housewife,oral medication in tablet form,medication with traditional Chinese medicine flavor,failure in frequency to comply with the doctor's instructions and failure in dosage to comply with the doctor's instructions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children's medication adherence in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is low,and there are various factors contributing to this situation,so it is necessary to work together in the light of the actual situation,to further improve children's medication adherence and ensure the quality of medical care.
