Influence of Quality Child Health Care on Infant Growth and Development

目的:分析优质儿童保健对婴幼儿生长发育的影响。方法:选取2022年1—12月于滨州市妇幼保健院体检的100例婴幼儿作为研究对象,根据抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规儿童保健,观察组给予优质儿童保健。比较两组营养性疾病发生情况、微量元素水平、发育情况及常见疾病发生率。结果:两组营养疾病总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组铜、镁、锌、钙、铁元素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预后,观察组身高、体质量,血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组常见疾病总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。结论:优质儿童保健能够促进婴幼儿生长发育,改善营养状况。

Objective:To analyze the influence of quality child health care on the growth and development of infants.Methods:A total of one hundred infants and young children who underwent physical examination in Binzhou Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was given routine child health care,and the observation group was given quality child health care.The incidence of nutritional diseases,trace element levels,development and incidence of common diseases were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of nutritional diseases between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the levels of copper,magnesium,zinc,calcium and iron in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After intervention,the height,weight and hemoglobin levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);The total incidence of common diseases in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).Conclusion:Quality child care can promote the growth and development of infants and young children and improve their nutritional status.
