一次性包皮吻合器与传统包皮环切术在包皮手术中的应用效果

Analysis of Application Effect of Disposable Prepuce Stapler and Traditional Circumcision in Prepuce Surgery

目的:分析一次性包皮吻合器与传统包皮环切术在包皮手术中的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月黄冈市红安县八里湾镇卫生院收治的包皮过长与包茎患者100例为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组接受传统包皮环切术治疗,观察组接受一次性包皮吻合器环切术治疗。比较两组术后并发症发生情况、相关手术指标及术后疼痛评分。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。观察组术中出血量低于对照组,疼痛持续时间、手术时间、创口愈合时间、肿胀消除时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后1 d,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2、3、5 d,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对比传统包皮环切术,一次性包皮吻合器环切术在包皮手术中的疗效更理想,疼痛程度更低,术中出血量更少,各时间指标更短,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of disposable prepuce stapler and traditional circumcision in prepuce surgery.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,100 patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis who were admitted to Hong'an County Baliwan Town Health Center were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received traditional circumcision treatment and the observation group received disposable prepuce stapler circumcision treatment.Postoperative complications,related surgical indexes and postoperative pain scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the pain duration,operation time,wound healing time,and swelling elimination time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups on 1 d after surgery(P>0.05);on 2 d,3 d,5 d after surgery,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with traditional circumcision,disposable prepuce stapler circumcision in prepuce surgery has more ideal efficacy,lower pain level,less intraoperative blood loss,shorter time indicators,and high safety.
