阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Atorvastatin Combined with Ezetimibe in Treatment of Elderly Coronary Heart Disease and Hyperlipidemia

目的:分析阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2023年3月荷泽市单县中心医院心内科收治的老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者90例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予依折麦布治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、血脂水平及心血管不良事件发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,两组患者甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心血管不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症临床疗效显著,可调节血脂水平,降低心血管不良事件发生率。

Objective:To analyze the elinical ffeet of atorvastatin combined with etimibe in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease complicated with hyperipidemia.Methods:A total of 90 elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia admited to the Department of Cardiology at Shanxian Central Hospital from November 2021 to March 2023 were se-lected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with ezetimibe on the basis of control group.The clinical ffcacy,blood lipid levels and the incidence of candiowascular advense events were compared between the two groups.Results:The total ffective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the diference was stisticallyy significant(P=0.00);After treatment,the levels of triglycerides,total cho-lesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were reduced,the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was staistially sigificant(P<0.05);The incidence of cardiovascular adverse.events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the diference was staisically significant(P-0.002).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with exetimibe has a significant elinical fficacy in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia,which can regulate blood lipid levels and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.
