荣大奇教授治疗过敏性紫癜学术思想研究

Study on Academic Thought of Chinese Medicine Professor Rong Daqi in Treatment of Anaphylactoid Purpura

目的:对荣大奇教授治疗过敏性紫癜的用药规律进行数据挖掘,分析荣大奇教授治疗本病的临床经验,探析其中潜在的药物组合。方法:收集整理2021年11月—2022年11月荣大奇教授诊断为紫癜病的患者81例病历资料,共计206诊次,用药97味。将患者诊疗信息录入中医传承辅助平台软件中,进行数据统计与挖掘。结果:对97味中药进行药物频次统计,其中前四位分别为仙鹤草、紫草、金银花、地骨皮。四气寒、平为主,五味甘、苦为主,归经以肝、肺、胃、心、脾经为主。利用中医传承辅助平台软件2.5分析得到方剂中药物间关联度高的药物8对;通过关联度较高的药物组合,系统自动分析出3组潜在的药物组合;各个组合相互匹配,得出3个新方组合。结论:荣大奇教授认为本病病因主要在热、瘀、虚,治疗主张清热解毒、凉血化瘀。用药以甘、苦药物为主,辛涩并用,多归肝、肺经,由此创立3首经验方,为临床诊治本病提供了更优的思路和诊疗方案。

Objective:To perform data mining of medication rule by Professor Rong Daqi in treating anaphylactoid purpura,analyze the clinical experience of Professor Rong Daqi in treating this disease,and explore the potential drug combinations.Methods:The medical record information of 81 patients diagnosed as purpura by Professor Rong Daqi from November 2021 to November 2022 were collected and sorted,for 206 consultations and 97 drugs in total.The information of patients'diagnosis and treatment were entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform software for data statistics and mining.Results:The drug frequency of 97 Chinese drugs was counted,and the top four drugs were hairyvein agrimonia herb,gromwell root,honeysuckle bud and flower,Chinese wolfberry root-bark.The four natures of drugs were mainly cold and flat,the five flavors were mainly sweet and bitter,and the meridian tropism was mainly the liver,lung,stomach,heart,and spleen meridians.Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform software 2.5,the analysis obtained 8 pairs of drugs with a high drug correlation in the prescription;using the drug combinations with a high correlation,the system automatically analyzed 3 groups of potential drug combinations;each combination matched each other and 3 new prescription combinations were obtained.Conclusion:Professor Rong Daqi believes that the cause of this disease is mainly heat,stasis and deficiency.The treatment of clearing heat and removing toxicity,cooling blood and removing blood stasis is advocated.The medication is mainly sweet and bitter drugs,accompanied by pungent and astringent drugs.The meridian tropism is mainly attributed to liver and lung meridians.Therefore,three empirical prescriptions have been established,which provide better ideas and diagnosis and treatment plans for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
