应急预案与精细化护理在产后出血护理中的作用

The Effect of Emergency Planning and Meticulous Nursing Intervention in Postpartum Hemorrhage Care

目的:分析将应急预案与精细化护理应用于产后出血护理中的临床价值。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月遵义市习水县人民医院收治的产后出血产妇84例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以护理应急预案联合精细化护理。比较两组产后出血量、止血时间、止血成功率及护理满意度。结果:观察组产后2、24 h出血量少于对照组,止血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组止血成功率、护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将应急预案与精细化护理用于产后出血护理中可减少产妇产后出血量,缩短止血时间,提升止血成功率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:to analyze the clinical value of emergency planning and meticulous nursing intervention in postpartum hemorrhage care.Methods:84 cases of postpartum hemorrhage women admitted to Xishui County People's Hospital of Zunyi City from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study object,and were divided into the control group and the observation group in the form of a randomized numerical table,each with 42 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given nursing emergency plan combined with meticulous nursing care on the basis of the control group.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,hemostasis time,success rate of hemostasis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group 2,24-hour after the delivery,and the duration of hemostasis was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);the success rate of hemostasis and the total satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of emergency planning and meticulous nursing intervention in postpartum hemorrhage care can reduce the volume of postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the hemostasis time,improve the success rate of hemostasis,and increase nursing satisfaction.
