全程连续精细化护理在急性冠脉综合征行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Whole-course Continuous Refined Nursing in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的:分析全程连续精细化护理在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)行经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗患者中的临床效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年6月济宁市第一人民医院收治的ACS行PCI治疗患者95例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(47例)与观察组(48例)。对照组行常规护理,观察组行全程连续精细化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组心理健康、情感角色、社会功能、生命力、健康状况、机体疼痛、躯体角色、躯体功能评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度和护理质量评分均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:全程连续精细化护理在ACS行PCI治疗患者中应用效果显著,可提高护理质量,缩短住院时间,减少并发症,改善患者负性情绪及生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of whole-course continuous refined nursing in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 95 patients with ACS undergoing PCI in Jining No.1 People's Hospital from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(48 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group underwent routine nursing,and the observation group underwent continuous refined nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of mental health,emotional role,social function,vitality,health status,body pain,physical role and somatic function in two groups increased,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups reduced,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusions:The application of whole-course continuous refined nursing in patients with ACS undergoing PCI has significant effects,and can improve the nursing quality,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce complications,and ameliorate the patients'negative emotions and quality of life.
