基于非接触式测温方法即速精准测量口腔体温的优化设计

Optimization design of quickly and accurately measure oral temperature based on non-contact measurement method

摘要 本文分析了现有不同体温测量方法的原理和优缺点,通过技术优化筛选出非接触式红外线即速精准测量口腔体温的方法。口腔体温比额温更能准确反映人体中心温度,采用非接触式测量口腔深部红外辐射的方法,经基准恒温黑体校准,可准确获得口腔温度,可用于临床和大规模人群快速精准体温监测和发热筛查。 Based on the analysis of the principles,advantages and disadvantages of the different temperature measurement methods,this paper screened out a rapid and accurate measure for oral temperature by using non-contact infrared ray by technical optimization.Oral temperature is a more accurate indicator of central body temperature than forehead temperature.Oral temperature could be measured accurately for measuring deep oral infrared radiation by non-contact method and thermostatic blackbody calibration.It could meet the needs of rapid and accurate temperature measurement in the field of clinical diagnosis and large-scale population.
