摘要
白车身结构显著影响整车性能,而白车身框架是车身设计的基础,在某轿车设计开发阶段,快速将车身主要框架划分为梁和接头结构,分别局部刚化处理46处左右对称结构,分析各接头、梁对扭转刚度、弯曲刚度、扭转模态、弯曲模态的灵敏度,通过灵敏度分析,找出对白车身刚度、模态贡献量较大的结构(接头/梁),设计人员在搭建白车身模型时,对灵敏度较高的接头/梁开展结构优化和厚度优化,指导车身结构设计,从而在设计阶段提升白车身刚度、模态性能。
Body-in-white structure significantly affects the performance of the whole vehicle,and the body-in-white frame is the basis of the body design.In the design and development stage of a vehicle,the main frame of the vehicle body is quickly divided into beams and joint structures,and 46 symmetrical structures are locally stiffened,and the sensitivity of each joint and beam to torsional stiffness,bending stiffness,torsional mode and bending mode is analyzed.Through the sensitivity analysis,the structure(joint/beam)that contributes a lot to the body-in-white stiffness and mode is found out.When building the body-in-white model,designers should optimize the structure and thickness of the joints/beams with high sensitivity to guide the body structure design,so as to improve the stiffness and modal performance of body-in-white in thedesign stage.
