摘要
在佛山市南海区体育中心施工过程中,存在钢帽子安装困难、斜撑关节轴承连接节点精度要求高,需设置大量临时斜撑胎架等难点。创新性提出钢结构倒序法施工技术,即先行安装钢帽子及支座组件,并辅助临时斜撑胎架进行钢屋盖模块化单元安装,然后合理划分全铰接斜撑安装单元,在高空进行焊接对接,实现体育场钢结构顺利安装,并减少安装斜撑时设置临时斜撑胎架的工作量。该施工技术不仅缩短工期,且获得了较大的经济效益。
In the construction of Sports Center in Nanhai District,Foshan City,there are difficulties in installation of steel caps,high precision requirements for the brace joint bearings,and a large number of temporary brace tire frames.Steel structure reverse sequence construction technology is innovatively proposed,that is,the steel cap and support assembly is firstly installed,and assist the temporary skew brace tire frame to install the modular unit of the steel roof,and then rationally divide the fully hinged skew brace installation unit,welding and docking at high altitude,the smooth installation of the steel structure of the stadium is realized,reduces the workload of installing temporary skew brace.The construction technology not only shortens the construction period,and obtains greater economic benefits.
