消谐失效引发供水系统短时失电机制研究

摘要 配电系统中铁磁谐振成因复杂,单一的消谐装置难以满足消谐需求,因此将一次消谐和二次消谐结合起来,提出了一种新型微机消谐装置。该装置在铁磁谐振产生时对于谐振抑制确有效果,由于类型较新,相关运维指导较少,在实际运行使用中出现了较多问题。针对某水厂一起新型微机消谐装置失效引起的失电事件进行研究,分析了造成失电的原因。对于该厂配电网谐振情况以及装置动作情况进行研究,探究系统过电压情况和消谐装置误动作原因,新型消弧消谐装置电压整定和参数配合方案对装置的运行维护具有指导意义。 The causes of ferromagnetic in distribution systems are complex,and a single harmonic elimination device is difficult to meet the harmonic elimination needs.Therefore,a new type of microcomputer based harmonic elimination device is proposed by combining primary and secondary harmonic elimination.This device does have an effect on resonance suppression when ferromagnetic resonance is generated.Due to its relatively new type and limited guidance on operation and maintenance,many problems have arisen in actual operation and use.A power loss event caused by the failure of a new type of microcomputer based harmonic suppression device in a water plant is studied,the reasons for the power loss is analyzed,the resonance situation of the power distribution network and device operation of the plant is studied,the system overvoltage situation and the reasons for the malfunction of the harmonic suppression device is explored.The voltage setting and parameter coordination scheme of the new arc suppression harmonic suppression device has guiding significance for the operation and maintenance of the device..
