基于电力市场下储能交易的出清模型及定价策略研究

摘要 大规模的新能源并网消纳将会引起电力系统对储能的需求大幅度增加,考虑到电力市场下储能参与交易共享的现状,提出一种基于电力市场下储能交易的出清模型及定价策略。为满足各方用户的交易需求,针对性地对功率交易权和容量交易权进行顶层设计。根据功率交易权和容量交易权的交易特点,在满足交易的约束范围内,建立了基于储能使用权交易的收益最大化的出清模型,并结合最优性原理制定了一套交易价格结算机制,在充分保障各方利益前提下,促进储能交易的公平性。最后,通过仿真算例验证所提模型和定价策略的合理性。 Large-scale new energy grid-connected consumption will cause a significant increase in the demand for energy storage in the power system,considering the current situation of energy storage participation in transaction sharing under the power market,a clearing model and pricing strategy based on energy storage transactions in the power market is proposed.In order to meet the transaction needs of users of all parties,the top-level design of power trading rights and capacity trading rights is carried out.According to the trading characteristics of power trading rights and capacity trading rights,within the scope of meeting the constraints of the transaction,a clearance model based on the maximization of the income of the energy storage right transaction is established,and the principle of optimality to formulate a set of transaction price settlement mechanism to promote the fairness of energy storage transactions under the premise of fully protecting the interests of all parties is combined.Finally,simulation studies are used to verify the rationality of the proposed model and pricing strategy.
