体教融合视域下我国冰雪运动后备人才培养路径的分层转化

Layered Transformation of the Training Path for Reserve Talents in Ice and Snow Sports in China from the Perspective of Sports and Education Integration

北京冬奥会的成功举办,为我国冰雪运动的全面发展创造了良好契机,但我国冰雪运动后备人才短缺的现实问题也日益突显。对我国冰雪运动后备人才培养现状进行深入分析,发现当前存在学训矛盾突出、培养体制不健全、保障体系不完善等问题。在“体教融合”理念引导下,对我国冰雪运动后备人才培养路径进行分析,提出针对学龄前儿童,“以兴趣激发培养”为核心,拓展育才领域;针对小学生群体,“以体教深度融合”为核心,实现科学选材;针对中学生群体,“以特色项目建设”为核心,确保精准选材;针对大学生群体,“以高质量发展”为核心,推进人才培养的分层式建议。以期通过对我国冰雪运动后备人才培养理念与模式的创新,实现“体教融合”深度发展,加快推进冰雪强国建设。

The successful holding of Beijing Winter Olympics has created a good opportunity for the comprehensive development of China's ice and snow sports,however,the shortage of reserve talents for ice and snow sports in China is also becoming increasingly prominent.This paper has deeply analyzed the current situation of China's ice and snow sports reserve personnel training,it's found that there're some problems such as prominent contradiction between learning and training,inadequate training system and imperfect safeguard system.Under the guidance of sports and education integration concept,this paper analyzes the training path for reserve talents in ice and snow sports in China,and proposes to expand the field of talent cultivation by focusing on "stimulating and cultivating interests" for preschool children;For primary school students,"the deep integration of sports and education" is the core to realize scientific selection;For secondary school students,"the construction of special projects" is the core to ensure accurate selection;For the college student group,"high-quality development" is the core to promote the layered suggestion of talent cultivation.Through the innovation of the concept and mode of cultivation of reserve talents for ice and snow sports in China,it's expected to realize the deep development of "sports and education integration" and accelerate the construction of a leading ice and snow sports nation.
