我国高校冰雪体育课程思政现存困境及建设策略

The Existing Dilemma and Construction Strategies of Ideological and Political Education in Ice and Snow Sports Courses in Chinese Universities

冰雪体育课程蕴含丰富的思政元素,但其思政育人价值尚未得到有效发挥。梳理我国高校冰雪体育课程思政建设现状,发现存在思政资源内涵挖掘不充分、学校宏观引领角色缺失、教材思政育人承载不足、教师育人队伍建设不足等现实困境。提出推进高校冰雪体育课程思政建设的策略:宏观层面上发挥学校在构建冰雪体育课程思政体系、构建冰雪体育课程德育共同体、丰富校本教材思政育人元素方面的引领作用;中观层面上围绕思政教学能力与育人意识、思政教育与冰雪体育深度融合强化教师的育人素养;微观层面上通过“学”“思”双修的有机融合、动态化组织教学环节、传统与现代育人方式相结合来优化课程形式设计。通过构建相对完善的冰雪体育课程思政体系,充分释放冰雪体育思政育人的效能,将学生的个人冰雪梦汇入到实现冰雪体育强国梦的历史进程中。

Ice and snow sports courses contain rich elements of ideology and politics,but their value of ideology and politics has not been effectively played.By sorting out the current situation of ideological and political construction in ice and snow sports courses in Chinese colleges and universities,it was found that there are practical difficulties such as insufficient exploration of ideological and political resources,lack of macro leading roles in schools,insufficient carrying capacity of ideological and political education in textbooks,and not enough construction of teachers' cultivation teams.Aiming to these problems,it is proposed that the strategies of promoting the construction of ideology and politics in ice and snow sports courses in colleges and universities are as follows:at the macro level,schools should play a leading role in constructing the ideology and politics system of ice and snow sports courses,building a moral education community for ice and snow sports courses,and enriching the ideological and political education elements of school-based textbooks;At the meso level,it is necessary to strengthen teachers' basic education and nurturing by focusing on the ability and awareness of ideological and political education,as well as the deep integration of ideological and political education and ice and snow sports;At the micro level,optimize the curriculum design through the organic integration of "learning" and "thinking",dynamic organization of teaching links,and the combination of traditional and modern education methods.By constructing a relatively complete ideological and political system for ice and snow sports courses,it can fully unleash the effectiveness of ideological and political education in ice and snow sports,and integrate students' personal ice and snow dreams into the historical process of realizing their dream of becoming a leading ice and snow sports nation.
