基于智能马桶应用大功率多模块一体化集成电路板的研究

摘要 随着经济社会的快速发展,人们对环境和生活质量提出了更高的要求。智能马桶作为改善卫生环境,提升生活质量的重要组成部分,在生产制造方面也紧跟社会需求进行改革创新。然而近年来智能马桶的发展研究多集中于人工智能健康检测等软件程序方向,研究过程针对智能马桶引进人工智能程序进行了详细的理论分析,但就其具体实现方式,比如影响现有智能马桶功能开发使用的控制电路硬件集成等关键制造技术并没有过多提及。智能马桶的人工智能系统研发离不开控制电路硬件基础的支持,笔者通过对智能马桶内部电路硬件制造深入研究实验,提出优化智能马桶内部模块线缆连接电路,实现功能模块一体化集成电路板的设计和开发,以此满足现代智能马桶在人工智能系统健康功能扩展的应用需求。 With the rapid development of economy and society,human beings have put forward higher requirements for environment and quality of life.As an important link to improve the sanitation environment and improve the quality of life,smart toilets also keep up with social needs in manufacturing reform and innovation.However,in recent years,research on the development of smart toilets has mostly focused on software programs such as artificial intelligence health detection.The research process has carried out a detailed theoretical analysis for the introduction of artificial intelligence programs into smart toilets,but its specific implementation methods,such as key manufacturing technologies such as control circuit hardware integration that affect the development and use of existing smart toilets,have not been mentioned too much.The research and development of artificial intelligence system of intelligent toilet is inseparable from the support of the basic control circuit hardware.Through in-depth research and experiment on the hardware manufacturing of the internal circuit of intelligent toilet,the author proposes to optimize the cable connection circuit of the internal module of intelligent toilet,and realize the design and development of integrated circuit board of functional modules.In order to meet the application needs of modern intelligent toilet in the health function expansion of artificial intelligence system.
