家庭农场愿意参与农业产业化联合体吗?——基于安徽省224户家庭农场的调研数据

Are Family Farms Willing to Participate in Agricultural Industrialization Union?An Analysis Based on Survey Data of 224 Family Farms in Anhui Province

家庭农场作为联合体的重要参与者,其参与意愿既关系到联合体的培育和发展,更关系家庭农场与现代农业的有机衔接。通过构建扩展的TPB模型,利用安徽省家庭农场的调研数据和二元Logistic模型对家庭农场参与农业产业化联合体的意愿及影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:农场主的年龄、家庭收入、家庭农场性质、家庭农场对加入联合体的发展预期、政府对联合体的宣传是否到位、是否有亲友已经加入联合体对家庭农场参与联合体的意愿均呈显著正向影响关系。建议通过以下措施推动符合条件的家庭农场加入联合体:加强联合体的政策宣传力度,强化联合体参与各方的沟通交流;加强职业农民培训,积极探索家庭农场参与联合体的动力机制;大力推介联合体典型案例,激发“头雁”效应。

Family farm is an important participant in an agricultural industrialization union,and its willingness to participate in the union is not only related to the cultivation and development of the union,but also to the organic connection between family farms and modern agriculture.By constructing an extended TPB model and utilizing a binary Logistic model,this study,based on survey data of 224 family farms in Anhui Province,empirically analyzes the willingness of family farms to participate in agricultural industrialization union and its influencing factors.The results show that the influencing factors that have a significant positive impact on the willingness include age of the farmer,family income,nature of the family farm,expectations of joining the union,government’s promotion of the union,and whether there are relatives and friends who have already joined the union.In order to promote the participation of eligible family farms,it is necessary to strengthen the efforts at policy advocacy,enhance communication and exchange,improve vocational farmer training,explore the driving mechanism of family farms’participation in the union,and promote exemplary cases so as to stimulate the“leading goose”effect.
