《麦片》(QB/T 2762-2023)行业标准解读

摘要 目的:为了全面规范麦片产业发展,2023年4月21日,工业和信息化部批准发布QB/T 2762—2023《麦片》行业标准,并于2023年11月1日实施。方法:从该标准修订的背景、标准技术内容、标准修订前后的主要变化、标准发布实施的影响3个方面,对该标准进行了分析和解读,旨在进一步宣贯此标准。结果:2023版麦片标准包含术语与定义、分类、原料要求、技术要求、生产加工过程、检验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存,特别是根据麦片产品特点增加了总膳食纤维这个营养指标,可引导行业企业生产更健康的食品,为消费者提供更多的选择。结论:2023版麦片标准的发布实施将实现产品质量的要求的标准化,促进我国麦片行业发展环境、规范市场秩序、提升产品质量和生产水平。 【Objective】To regulate the development of cereal industry,the revised QB/T 2762—2023 Oatmeal Industry Standard was implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on April 21 in 2023 and has been implemented on November 1 in 2023.【Method】This paper analyzed and interpreted the standard from three aspects including the background of the revision of the standard,the technical content of the standard,the main changes before and after the revision of the standard,and the impact of the implementation of the standard,to further promote this standard.【Result】The 2023 version of the cereal standard includes terminology and definitions,classification,raw material requirements,technical requirements,production and process⁃ing processes,inspection methods,inspection rules,as well as labeling,packaging,transportation,and storage.In particular,the nutritional index of total dietary fiber has been added based on the characteristics of cereal products,which can guide industry enterprises to produce healthier food and provide consumers with more choices.【Conclusion】The release and implementation of the 2023 version of the cereal standard will achieve standardization of product quality requirements,promote the development environment of China's cereal industry,regulate market order,and improve product quality and production level.
