不同微生物菌剂对连作地芹菜生长、产量及经济效益影响的综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Influence of Different Microbial Agents on the Growth,Yield and Economic Benefits of Continuous Cropping Celery

摘要 综合评价不同微生物菌剂对芹菜农艺性状、产量、土传病害防控及经济效益等方面的影响,为实际生产中微生物菌剂的推广与利用奠定理论基础,也为后续微生物菌剂复配提供参考。设置5种不同微生物菌剂处理,探究其对芹菜株高、叶柄长、叶柄粗、叶片数、单株总重、单株净重、净菜率、单产、产值、纯收入、产出率、盈利率、病情指数、防治效果等指标的影响。结果表明,5种菌剂对芹菜重要农艺性状均具有一定的促进作用;采用主成分分析法对14项指标进行降维,通过模糊隶属函数及标准差系数赋予权重法对5种微生物菌剂的作用效果进行综合打分评价,结果显示排名前3的菌剂为枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉。结合生产实际可选择枯草芽孢杆菌进行推广与利用,选择枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉进行菌剂复配研究。 The effects of different microbial agents on celery agronomic traits,yield,soil-borne disease prevention and control,and economic benefits were comprehensively evaluated.This study provides a theoretical basis for the promotion and utilization of microbial agents in practical production,and also serves as a reference for subsequent microbial agent formulations.Five different microbial agents were used to investigate their effects on celery plant height,petiole length,petiole thickness,leaf number,total weight per plant,net weight per plant,net vegetable yield,yield per unit area,output value,net income,output ratio,profit margin,disease index,and control effect.The results showed that all five agents had certain promoting effects on important agronomic traits of celery.Principal component analysis was used to reduce the dimensionality of 14 indicators,and the comprehensive scoring evaluation of the effects of the five microbial agents was conducted using fuzzy membership function and weighted method based on standard deviation coefficient.The results showed that the top three agents were Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis,and Trichoderma harzianum.Based on production practices,Bacillus subtilis can be selected for promotion and utilization,and further research can be conducted on the combination of Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis,and Trichoderma harzianum for microbial agent formulation.
