水泥稳定钢渣-砾石混合料的路用性能研究

摘要 新疆公路建设飞速发展加速资源消耗,冶金炼钢产生的钢渣排放量增多。文章通过集料的级配设计、混合料掺量确定、抗折、抗压强度及劈裂强度等多项试验,配制钢渣掺量分别为60%、40%和30%的三组骨架密实型混合料,在水泥剂量分别为4%和5%时,通过测定试件强度,认为40%~60%掺量的钢渣和4%~5%剂量的水泥为合理区间。此后,通过干缩试验进一步验证上述结论,确定混合料最优设计为:50%~60%的钢渣、40%~50%的砾石和4%~5%的水泥。此类型骨架密实型混合料铺筑的半刚性基层,其强度、抗裂性等路用性能良好,满足高等级公路半刚性基层建设要求。 The rapid development of highway construction in Xinjiang has accelerated the resource consumption,resulting in the increase in the emission of steel slag from metallurgical steelmaking.Three sets of skeleton dense mixtures with steel slag content of 60%,40%,and 30%are respectively prepared through multiple tests such as aggregate gradation design,mixture content determination,fracture resistance,compressive strength and splitting strength and so on.When the cement dosage is respectively 4%or 5%,it is considered that the reasonable range is between 40%~60%steel slag content and 4%~5%cement dosage through measuring the strength of the specimen.Subsequently,the above conclusions are further verified through shrinkage tests,and the optimal design of the mixture is determined to be:50%~60%steel slag,40%~50%gravel,and 4%~5%cement.The semi-rigid base paved with this type of skeleton dense mixture has good road performance such as strength and crack resistance and so on,which can meet the requirements of semi-rigid base construction for high-grade highways.
