摘要
文章采用CT扫描技术和数字图像处理技术获取泡沫沥青冷再生混合料细观空隙特征,分析空隙特征沿试件高度方向的分布规律,提出基于“级配”理论的空隙尺寸分布Weibull双参数模型。结果表明:随着细集料比例增加,再生料试件内部空隙率逐渐降低,空隙数量逐渐减少。同时,Weibull分布函数模型中的“尺度参数”λ减小,“形状参数”k增大,即空隙分布更均匀。试验结果可为泡沫沥青冷再生混合料空隙演化规律研究提供一定参考。
The microscomic void characteristics of foam asphalt cold-recycled mixture are obtained by using the CT scanning technology and digital image processing technology to analyze the distribution law of void characteristics along the height direction of the specimen,and the Weibull two-parameter model of void size distribution based on the"grading"theory is put forward.The results show that:as the proportion of fine aggregate increases,the internal voidage of recycled material specimen gradually decreases,and the number of void gradually decreases.Meanwhile,the"scale parameter"λreduces and the"shape parameter"k in the Weibull distribution function model increases,which means that the void distribution is more uniform.The test results can provide some reference for the research on the void evolution law of foam asphalt cold-recycled mixture.
