摘要
通过有限元数值模拟对重交通干线路面进行结构受力分析,提出灌注式复合混凝土在重交通干线路面的适宜层位设置,并结合国省干线典型路段进行实体工程验证。结果表明:在重交通主线及爬坡路段,将灌注式复合混凝土用于中面层或下面层,可以有效抵抗剪切破坏和面层的永久变形;在平交道口路段,将复合混凝土用于表面层以抵抗较大的剪切应力,同时抵抗下面层的疲劳开裂。
Through the finite element numerical simulation,the structural stress analysis of the heavy arterial traffic pavement is made,and the suitable layer setting of poured composite concrete in the heavy arterial traffic pavement is put forward.The physical engineering verification is carried out in combination with the typical sections of national and provincial arteries.The results show that:in heavy traffic principal lines and climbing sections,using the poured composite concrete for the middle or lower layer can effectively resist the shear failure and permanent deformation of the surface layer;at level crossings,composite concrete is used for the surface layer to resist larger shear stress while resisting fatigue cracking in the lower layer.
