摘要
依托辽西北供水盘锦应急支线供水工程顶管穿越京哈高速G1通道桥施工工程,采用有限元方法建立模型进行全过程模拟,分析了顶管施工过程对既有高速公路跨线桥产生的影响。结果表明:采用顶管施工的方法近距离穿越桥梁对桥梁产生的影响理论上可以得到有效控制,为施工方案及加固措施的选取提供参考。
Based on the construction project of pipe jacking of the Panjin emergency branch water supply project of the northwest Liaoning water supply crossing the G1 channel bridge of Beijing-Harbin expressway,the whole process is simulated by using the finite element method to establish the model,and the impact of the pipe jacking construction process on the existing expressway overpass bridge is analyzed.The results show that:the impact of using the pipe jacking construction method to cross the bridge in close range can be effectively controlled theoretically,so as to provide reference for the adoption of the construction schemes and reinforcement measures.
