分布式光纤测试系统集成及其在结构智能感知中的应用研究

摘要 分布式光纤传感技术具备长距离、抗干扰、性价比高等特性,能满足土木结构应变测量精度要求,较好地适用于交通公路行业数字化创新结构智能感知领域。集成开发分布式光纤多通道自动化测试系统及配套数据分析模块可以扩展结构感知范围,并感知多空间维度结构应变及温度分布情况。通过研究其在型钢组合梁负弯矩区抗裂性能试验中的应用效果,验证其能够捕获混凝土表观裂缝及混凝土内部应变分布规律,在大面积混凝土内部温度监测中也能够准确反映混凝土内部温度场分布。实验结果表明,该技术具备广阔的工程应用前景。 Distributed fiber optic sensing technology has the characteristics like long distance,anti-interference,and high cost-effectiveness and so on,which can meet the accuracy requirements of strain measurement in civil engineering structure and is well suited for the field of digital innovative structural intelligent perception in the transportation and highway industry.The integrated development of the distributed fiber optic multi-channel automated testing system and supporting data analysis modules can expand the range of structural perception and perceive the strain and temperature distribution of multi-dimensional structure.It is verified that it can capture the apparent cracks in concrete and the distribution rule of internal strain in concrete by studying its application effect in the crack resistance test of the negative bending moment zone of steel composite beam.It can also accurately reflect the distribution of internal temperature field of concrete in the large-area internal temperature monitoring of concrete.The experimental results show that this technology has broad prospects for the engineering application and promotion.
