翳风穴穴位注射联合针刺治疗特发性耳鸣的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Yifeng acupoint injection combined with acupuncture on cases with idiopathic tinnitus

目的评价翳风穴穴位注射联合针刺治疗特发性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法本研究包含符合纳入标准的特发性耳鸣患者80例,随机分为两组。治疗组40例,行翳风穴穴位注射联合针刺治疗;对照组40例,仅行单一针刺治疗。疗程均为4周,每周治疗3次,每次20分钟。分别于治疗前及治疗开始后第8天、第15天、第29天以及治疗结束后1个月观察评估所有患者耳鸣严重程度变化情况,比较分析两组患者耳鸣评分。结果治疗组总有效率72.5%,对照组总有效率52.5%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的耳鸣严重程度积分改善也优于对照组(P<0.05),4个时间点的耳鸣环境、持续时间、睡眠质量、情绪等疗效比较,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翳风穴穴位注射联合针刺治疗特发性耳鸣疗效确切,能更好地改善患者相关临床症状。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection in Yifeng combined with classic acupuncture therapy on the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus.Method Included in this trial were 80 patients diagnosed as idiopathic tinnitus,randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each.The cases in the treatment group(TG)were treated by the combined therapy with Yifeng acupoint injection and classic acupuncture,while those in the control group(CG)were treated simply by classic acupuncture therapy,both with the treating procedure given three times a week lasted for 20 minutes each time and with the whole treating course lasted for four weeks.Then,observed indexes for therapeutic effect evaluation were changes in the severity degrees of tinnitus,determined before the treatment,on the 8th,15th,and 29th days following the beginning of therapy and one month after the therapy ended respectively for the tinnitus scores evaluation between the two groups in a comparative way.Results The total effective rate of TG was 72.5%,while that of CG was 52.5%,with the rate of TG significantly higher than that of CG(P<0.05).Moreover,the improvement in the severity degree scores of tinnitus was also much superior in TG to that in CG(P<0.05),with such indexes as tinnitus environment,lasted duration,sleep quality and mood status improved much batter in TG than in CG at these 4 points of time respectively as well(P<0.05).Conclusion It can be concluded from this trial that the combined therapy with Yifeng acupoint injection and classic acupuncture treatment holds definite clinical efficacy for the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus to improve the associated discomfort symptoms of patients with idiopathic tinnitus better,especially in improving sleep quality and regulating emotions status.
