高质量发展背景下高职院校资产管理研究

Research on Asset Management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of High-quality Development

近年来,国家及地方政府高度重视职业教育,对高职院校的资产投入呈线性递增状态,学校的资产从量到质得以全面提升。从加强高职院校资产管理建设的价值出发,分析与研讨了高职院校资产管理的薄弱环节,提出了建立健全资产管理制度,规范资产预算管理,搭建资产管理信息化平台,建设稳定的资产管理队伍和构建大型仪器设备共享机制,赋能高职院校的高质量发展。

In recent years,the national and local governments have attached great importance to vocational education,and the asset investment in higher vocational colleges has shown a linear increase,and the assets of schools have been comprehensively improved from quantity to quality.Starting from the value of strengthening the construction of asset management in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes and discusses the weak links of asset management in higher vocational colleges,and proposes to establish and improve the asset management system,standardize the asset budget management,build the asset management information platform,build a stable asset management team and build a large instrument and equipment sharing mechanism,so as to enable the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.
