一种EtherCAT主站存取网络结构设计

Design of EtherCAT master access network architecture

针对EtherCAT主站存储和读取网络结构信息较为复杂的问题,设计一种先将网络结构信息与源代码分离,之后再将这些信息集成到可执行程序文件内部的方法。该方法在网络设计阶段通过配置软件将从站型号信息、型号索引、设备选型信息保存为文本文件;在软件构建阶段将上述文件与源代码一并处理生成程序;程序运行后通过型号索引直接寻址查询到设计方案中从站的ID,通过ID、从站数量对比实际部署的网络结构与所设计的方案是否一致。经测试验证,程序中存储的从站型号信息、型号索引及从站选型信息完整正确;在线检查网络结构功能可高效查询到方案中每个节点的型号信息并对比型号是否匹配。该方法实现简单且运行高效,有效降低主站和配套的网络结构设计工具的开发难度,同时改善了EtherCAT主站产品的用户体验和经济效益。

In view of the complexity of EtherCAT master storing and reading network structure information,a method is designed to separate the network structure information from the source code,and then integrate the information into the executable program file.In the stage of network design,the slave model information,model index and equipment selection information are saved as text files by the configuration software.In the stage of software construction,the above files are processed together with the source code to generate program file.After the program runs,the ID of the slave in the design scheme is directly addressed by the model index,and the actual deployed network structure is contrasted with the designed scheme by the ID and the number of slaves.After testing,it is proved that the slave model information,model index and slave selection information stored in the program are complete and correct,the function of online checking network structure can efficiently query the model information of each node in the scheme and compare whether the model matches or not.The designed method is simple and efficient,and can effectively reduce the difficulty of developing the master and supporting network structure design tools,and improve the user experience and economic benefits of the EtherCAT master product.
