摘要
结合深中通道钢壳沉管隧道工程,开展了工厂制作陆上浇筑和船坞制作浮态浇筑工艺比选。综合安全、环保、质量和工期等因素,对比分析工厂化钢壳制作和混凝土浇筑的管节预制工艺方案,提出了钢壳整体卸驳、整体移运、混凝土浇筑、管节纵移等一站式预制流水线布局方案。该研究成果支撑了钢壳混凝土沉管管节预制成功,具有决定性作用。
Combined with the project of steel shell immersed tube tunnel in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,the process of land casting made by factory and floating casting made by shipyard is compared.Considering the factors of safety,environmental protection,quality and time limit,this paper compares and analyzes the pipe section prefabrication process schemes of factory steel shell production and concrete pouring,and puts forward the one-stop prefabrication pipeline layout scheme,such as the whole unloading of steel shell,whole moving,concrete pouring and pipe section longitudinal moving.The research results support the success of pipe section prefabrication of concrete filled steel shell immersed tube,which has decisive role.
