风险管理标准在急诊护理管理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of the Application of Risk Management Standards in Emergency Nursing Management

目的分析在急诊护理管理中应用风险管理标准的效果。方法选取2021年1—12月于麻城市人民医院急诊医学科工作的20名护理人员为研究对象,根据随机抽签法分成对照组和观察组,每组10名。对照组给予常规管理,观察组给予风险管理,对比两组护理管理效果。结果在管理前,两组护理人员的工作情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,观察组各项护理相关工作指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理标准能够有效识别和评估潜在风险,并制订相应的措施来降低风险发生的可能性,对提高医疗质量和保障患者安全起到了积极的作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of risk management standards in emergency nursing management.Methods A total of 20 nurses working in the Emergency Medicine Department of Macheng People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random drawing method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 10 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given risk management.The nursing management effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before the management,there was no statistically significant difference in the working conditions of nurses in the two groups(P>0.05).After the management,the observation group showed a higher level of nursing related work indicators than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management standards can effectively identify and assess potential risks,and formulate corresponding measures to reduce the possibility of risk occurrence,which plays a positive role in improving medical quality and ensuring patient safety.
