精细化综合管理模式在糖尿病患者档案中的管理效果及对差错率的影响研究

Effect of Refined Comprehensive Management Model on the Management of Diabetic Patients'Records and Its Influence on the Error Rate

目的探讨精细化综合管理模式在糖尿病患者档案中的管理效果及对差错率的影响。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月昌邑市柳疃镇中心卫生院糖尿病患者档案932份,根据管理阶段分为对照组和观察组,每组466份。2021年5月—2022年5月接受常规管理作为对照组,2022年6月—2023年5月联合精细化综合管理模式作为观察组,为同一批档案管理人员共16名,比较两组管理质量、档案差错率及管理满意度。结果观察组管理方法、管理技巧、管理效率、管理内容及辅助诊疗评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组技能培训、检索方法、档案排列、归档效率及按时归档满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化综合管理模式用于糖尿病患者档案中,能提高管理质量,有助于降低档案差错率,提升管理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of refined comprehensive management model in the management of diabetic patients'records and its influence on the error rate.Methods A total of 932 records of diabetic patients in Changyi Liutan Town Central Health Center from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the management time,with 466 records in each group.From May 2021 to May 2022,the control group received conventional management,and from June 2022 to May 2023,the observation group combined with the refined comprehensive management mode,consisting of a total of 16 archival managers in the same batch.The management quality,file error rate and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After management,the management methods,management skills,management efficiency,management content and auxiliary diagnosis and treatment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Skill training,retrieval methods,file arrangement,filing efficiency and on-time filing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the refined comprehensive management model in the archives of diabetic patients can improve the management quality,help to reduce the file error rate,and enhance the management satisfaction.
