护士工作压力管理在临床护理管理中的实施效果

Implementation Effect of Nurses'Work Stress Management in Clinical Nursing Management

目的探讨护士工作压力管理在临床护理管理中的实施效果。方法选择2022年7月—2023年7月新疆喀什地区第一人民医院100名护士为研究对象,以不同管理方案分为研究组和对照组,各50名。对照组护士给予常规护理管理,研究组护士则联合给予护士工作压力管理,对比两组管理效果。结果实施管理后,两组的护士压力评分、职业倦怠量表各评分及离职倾向评分均低于管理前,且研究组降低程度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施管理后,两组护士工作投入水平评分、生活质量评分均高于管理前,且研究组升高程度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士工作压力管理有助于降低护士压力及职业倦怠感,从而提升工作投入水平及生活质量,对降低护士离职率具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effect of nurses'work stress management in clinical nursing management.Methods A total of 100 nurses from Xinjiang Kashgar First People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into study group and control group according to different management schemes,with 50 nurses in each group.The nurses in the control group were given routine nursing management,and the nurses in the study group were given work stress management.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results After the implementation of management,the scores of nurses'stress,job burnout scale and turnover intention of the two groups were lower than before management,and the reduction degree was greater in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of management,the scores of work involvement and quality of life of nurses in the two groups were higher than those before management,and the increase degree was greater in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses'job stress management is helpful to reduce nurses'stress and job burnout,so as to improve the level of work involvement and quality of life,and has a positive significance to reduce the turnover rate of nurses.
