链式管理在医联体合作模式中的应用价值

Application Value of Chain Management in the Collaborative Model of Medical Treatment Combination

目的探究医联体合作模式应用链式管理的效果分析。方法选择2021年5月—2023年6月杭州市中医院等医联体单位中部分在职医护人员420名,根据时间不同记为管理前(2021年5月—2022年5月)和管理后(2022年6月—2023年6月),管理前实施传统管理模式,管理后实施链式管理,对比管理前后医护人员临床技能、医院管理质量以及业务指标。结果管理后医务人员临床专业技能评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后医院管理质量评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后业务指标量显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医联体合作模式中应用链式管理模式在提高医务人员临床技能、改善医院整体管理质量和业务指标等方面有较好的效果。

Objective To explore the effect analysis of the application of chain management in the cooperative model of medical treatment combination.Methods 420 partially serving medical and nursing staffs in the medical treatment combination such as Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from May 2021 to June 2023,which were recorded as before management(May 2021 to May 2022)and after management(June 2022 to June 2023)according to the different time.The traditional management mode was implemented before management and chain management was implemented after management to compare the clinical skills,hospital management quality,and business indicators of the medical staff before and after management.Results Clinical expertise scores of medical staff were significantly higher after management than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hospital management quality scores were significantly higher after management than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amounts of operational indicators were significantly higher after management than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the chain management mode in medical cooperation model is more effective in improving the clinical skills of medical staff,improving the overall quality of hospital management and business indexes.
