Strengthen the public welfare of public hospitals and transform the concept of hospital interests is the research direction of many hospital managers at present.Therefore,in order to achieve sustainable development,hospitals need to comprehensively analyze various problems that may exist in hospitals,such as comprehensive pre-selection management.Therefore,this paper summarizes the importance of public hospital budget management,analyzes the main problems existing in public hospital budget management,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve public hospital budget management.
