案例分析联合情景教学模式在基层医院传染病防护技能培训中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Case Analysis Combined with Scenario Teaching Mode in the Training of Infectious Disease Protection Skills in Primary Hospitals

摘要 目的分析案例分析联合情景教学模式在基层医院传染病防护技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月—2023年6月单县东大医院接受传染病防护技能培训的60名住院医师作为研究对象,根据培训时间的先后顺序将其分为两组,2022年7—12月期间的30名住院医师作为对照组,2023年1—6月期间的30名住院医师作为研究组。对照组接受常规传染病防护技能培训,研究组采用案例分析联合情景教学模式进行传染病防护技能培训。比较两组住院医师的传染病防护技能培训考核成绩,以及对于培训的满意度。结果干预后,研究组传染病防护理论与实践技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对于培训的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例分析联合情景教学模式可以增强基层医院住院医师的传染病防护技能,提高培训满意度,具有一定的推广价值。 Objective To analyze the application effect of case analysis combined with scenario teaching mode in the training of infectious disease protection skills in primary hospitals.Methods From July 2022 to June 2023,60 residents who received training in infectious disease protection skills in Dongda Hospital of Shanxian County were selected as the research objects.According to the order of training time,they were divided into two groups.30 residents from July to December 2022 were used as the control group,and 30 residents from January to June 2023 were used as the research group.The control group received routine infectious disease protection skills training,and the study group used case analysis combined with situational teaching mode to carry out infectious disease protection skills training.The results of the training and assessment of infectious disease protection skills of the two groups of residents and their satisfaction with the training were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of infectious disease protection theory and practical skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the training in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case analysis combined with scenario teaching mode can enhance the infectious disease protection skills of residents in primary hospitals and improve their satisfaction with the training,which has a certain value of popularization.
