摘要
目的分析在皮肤科临床教学中开展医患沟通培训的临床应用效果。方法研究2021年8月—2023年8月于山东省第一康复医院皮肤科接收的实习医生18名作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组9名。对照组接受常规培训模式,观察组采取医患沟通培训模式,对比两种培训模式的效果。结果培训后,观察组学习兴趣评分、理论知识以及临床实践操作能力考核成绩均高于对照组,医患沟通能力、解决问题能力、应急处理能力以及团队合作能力各项综合指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在皮肤科临床教学中开展医患沟通培训模式,可有效提高临床教学质量,并且能够增强实习医生的学习兴趣,获得较好的培训效果,提高实习医生的综合能力。
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical application of doctor-patient communication training in dermatology clinical teaching.Methods Eighteen interns admitted to Dermatology Department of Shandong First Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly selected as study objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 9 in each group.The control group received the conventional training mode,and the observation group adopted the doctor-patient communication training mode.The final results of the two training modes were compared.Results After the training,the scores of learning interest,theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of the comprehensive indicators of doctor-patient communication ability,problem-solving ability,emergency handling ability and teamwork ability were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To carry out the doctor-patient communication training mode in the clinical teaching of dermatology can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching,and enhance the learning interest of interns,and obtain better training results and improve the comprehensive ability of interns.
