以岗位胜任力为导向的中医住培出科考核方案的设计与实施

摘要 中医住院医师规范化培训目标是培养具备岗位胜任力的中医住院医师。中医住培结业考核通过率、中医住培年度业务水平测试结果等质量评估核心指标是评价中医住院医师规范化培训学员岗位胜任力的重要依据。通过持续完善中医住培出科考核方案,包括优化专业理论考核、专科技能考核的形式和内容,增加中医基础考核、中医经典考核的内容,强化中医住培出科考核的组织实施和结果认定,对中医住培考核结果在绩效考核、师资遴选、评先评优等方面予以积极运用,明显的提升基地中医住院医师规范化培训质量评估核心指标,为中医住院医师规范化培训学员岗位胜任力培养打下较为坚实的基础。 The main task of standardized training of traditional chinese medicine(TCM)residents is to cultivate their post competency.The core indicators of quality evaluation,such as the passing rate of the completion examination and the annual test results of TCM residential training,are the important basis for assessing post competency.Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,as a national TCM residential training base,has kept improving the design and implementation of the department-completion testing scheme in recent years.It has further increased the content of TCM basic assessment and TCM classic assessment,strengthened the organization and implementation of TCM residential training assessment and the identification of results,and actively applied the results of TCM residential training assessment in performance assessment,teacher selection,and evaluation.With the application of the assessment results,it has improved rapidly in the standardized training quality of TCM residents and gained apparent growth in the core indicators of quality evaluation and laid a solid foundation for the post competency of TCM residents.
