基于核心能力的带教模式在妇产科护理教学中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Core Competency-based Teaching Model in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Teaching

目的分析基于核心能力的带教模式在妇产科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年4月期间于贺州市人民医院妇产科进行实习的66名护理实习生为研究对象,根据实习时间将其分为两组,2022年5—10月的33名护理实习生作为对照组,2022年11月—2023年4月的33名护理实习生作为研究组。对照组采取常规带教,研究组采取基于核心能力的带教。对比两组护理实习生的核心能力与评判性思维能力评分,以及教学满意度。结果教学后,研究组核心能力与评判性思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于核心能力的带教模式能够提高妇产科护理实习生的核心能力与评判性思维能力,提高教学满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of core competency-based teaching model in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching.Methods 66 nursing interns who interned at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Hezhou People's Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups based on their internship time.33 nursing interns from May to October 2022 were selected as the control group,and 33 nursing interns from November 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research group.The control group received routine teaching,while the research group received core competency based teaching.Compared the core competency and critical thinking ability scores,as well as teaching satisfaction,between two groups of nursing interns.Results After teaching,the core ability and critical thinking ability scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of teaching in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The core competence-based teaching model can improve the core competence and critical thinking ability of obstetrics and gynecology nursing interns,and improve the satisfaction of teaching.
