摘要
目的探究“虚拟超声模型”在妇产科学住院医师规范化培训学员产房培养中的应用及改良方向。方法选择2022年9月—2023年6月浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院住院医师规范化培训学员40名,以简单随机数列方式分成观察组(20名)和基于“虚拟超声模型”的研究组(20名),并接受相应培养,双盲考核评估及无记名自评。结果研究组产房相关理论知识、技能成绩以及自评成绩均显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传统教学模式基础上结合“虚拟超声模型”对超声技术进行加强,可以提高妇产科学住院医师规范化培训学员的产房(产程)管理能力。
Objective To explore the application and improvement of"virtual ultrasound model"in obstetrics and gynecology residency trainees of standardized training students in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 40 residency trainees of standardized training students were selected from Affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from Janury to October 2023,and divided into the observation group(20 cases)and the"virtual ultrasound model"-based study group(20 cases)in a simple randomized column,and received the corresponding training,double-blind assessment and self-assessment by anonymity.Results The theoretical knowledge,skill scores and self-assessment scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of"virtual ultrasound model"with the traditional teaching mode to strengthen the ultrasound technology can improve the obstetrics and gynecology residency trainees of standardized training students'ability to manage the labor and delivery room(stages of labor).
