摘要
生命科学和医学新型研发机构是健康科技创新体系的重要引擎,培育、激发并保持其创新活力,充分发挥其在科技创新和产业链中的关键作用,是亟待解决的重要问题。细胞生态海河实验室通过打造人才、科技和转化创新生态,探索多方位创新链建设模式,助力健康科技创新体系建设,为新型研发机构科技创新高质量发展提供参考。
New R&D institutions in life sciences and medicine are important engines of the health science and technology innovation system.Cultivating,stimulating and maintaining their innovative vitality and giving full play to their key role in scientific and technological innovation and the industrial chain are important issues that need to be solved urgently.Haihe Laboratory of Cell Ecosystem explores a multi-faceted innovation chain construction model by creating an innovation ecosystem of talent,technology and transformation,assists in the construction of a health science and technology innovation system,and provides a reference for the high-quality development of scientific and technological innovation in new R&D institutions.
