水泥增强EPS复合材料的制备及其综合性能研究

摘要 文章利用三乙醇胺改性可发性聚苯乙烯(EPS),将水泥浆体加入EPS树脂中制备水泥增强EPS复合材料,分析了EPS改性后的润湿性,并研究了复合材料的吸波性能、阻燃性能、保温性能和力学性能,以获取最佳的水泥掺量。结果表明:三乙醇胺改性EPS后,EPS颗粒的润湿性得到大幅提高。随着水泥浆体掺量增加,水泥增强EPS复合材料的吸波性能先增强后减弱,阻燃性能从B2级提高到A2级,导热系数逐渐增大,力学性能不断提高。当水泥浆体掺量为45%时,水泥增强EPS复合材料在8~18 GHz频段内,吸波能力为-17.8~-19.8 dB;导热系数符合标准要求,为0.0522 W/(m·K);抗压强度为0.31 MPa,抗折强度为0.27 MPa。当水泥浆体掺量为45%时,可以制备出综合性能优异的水泥增强EPS复合材料。 Modified expandable polystyrene(EPS)with triethanolamine was utilized to prepare cement-reinforced EPS composites by incorporating cement slurry into the EPS resin.The wettability of EPS after modification was analyzed,and the wave absorbing properties,flame retardancy,thermal insulation properties and mechanical properties of the composites were studied to obtain the best cement content.The results show that the wettability of EPS particles is greatly improved after the modification of EPS with triethanolamine.With the increase of cement paste content,the wave absorption performance of cement reinforced EPS composites increases first and then decreases,the flame retardant performance increases from B2 level to A2 level,the thermal conductivity increases gradually,and the mechanical properties increase continuously.When the cement paste content is 45%,the absorbing ability of cement reinforced EPS composites is-17.8~-19.8 dB in 8~18 GHz band.The thermal conductivity meets the standard requirements,which is 0.0522 W/(m·K).The compressive strength is 0.31 MPa and the flexural strength is 0.27 MPa.When the cement paste content is 45%,the cement reinforced EPS composite with excellent comprehensive performance can be prepared.
