摘要
碳纤维增强聚合物(CFRP)在电子设备、汽车等领域具有广阔的应用前景。文章概述了CFRP材料的制备技术,主要包括手工铺层、真空装袋、挤压成型工艺以及3D打印等,综述了CFRP的界面改性方法,包括上浆处理、原位聚合、有机化学反应-小分子修饰和接枝改性等,对CFRP的制备技术和界面改性方法未来研究方向进行展望。研究表明:对碳纤维进行改性可提高碳纤维的表面活性、粗糙度和润湿性,改善纤维与基体之间的界面附着力,从而提高复合材料力学性能。
Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)has a broad application prospect in electronic equipment,automobile and other fields.The article provides an overview of the preparation technology for CFRP materials,including hand lay up,vacuum bagging,extrusion molding processes,and 3D printing.The interface modification methods for CFRP are summarized,encompassing techniques such as sizing treatment,in-situ polymerization,organic chemical reactions,small molecule modification,and graft modification.The article also offers a perspective on the future research directions in the preparation technology and interface modification methods of CFRP.Research indicates that modifying carbon fibers can enhance their surface activity,roughness,and wettability,improve the interfacial adhesion between fibers and matrices,thereby enhancing the mechanical properties of composites.
