论夯实农业基础地位与加快我国农业强国建设

重农固本是安民之基、强国之要,任何时候都要牢牢把握住农业的基础地位不动摇。中国共产党历来重视农业的重要性,带领人民群众艰苦奋斗,实现了由温饱不足到全面小康的伟大跨越,人民幸福感显著提升。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在多个场合强调了农业在国民经济中的基础地位与重要性。当前,中国迈入全面建设社会主义现代化强国的新征程,对农业发展提出了新的要求,建设农业强国正当其时。在夯实农业基础地位的前提下加快建设农业强国,要提高稳产保供能力、加强农业科技创新、发展生态低碳农业、推进农业农村现代化,实现中国由农业大国向农业强国的跨越。

Strengthening agriculture and consolidating the foundation is the foundation of ensuring the well-being of the people and the key to strengthening the country.At all times,we must firmly grasp the fundamental position of agriculture and not waver.The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to agriculture,led the people to work hard,and achieved a great leap from inadequate food and clothing to a well-off society in an all-round way.The people’s sense of happiness has been significantly improved.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized on multiple occasions the fundamental position and importance of agriculture in the national economy.At present,China is embarking on a new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modernized power,which has put forward new requirements for agricultural development.It is timely to build an agricultural power.On the premise of consolidating the foundation of agriculture,accelerating the construction of an agricultural power requires improving the ability to maintain stable production and supply,strengthening agricultural technological innovation,developing ecological low-carbon agriculture,and promoting agricultural and rural modernization,so as to transform China from a country with high agricultural output to one with a leading edge in agriculture.
