中国省域竞技体育实力与社会经济水平耦合协调发展测度

Measurement of the Coupling and Coordinated Developmentof Competitive Sports Strength and Socio-economicLevel in Chinese Provinces

研究省域竞技体育实力与社会经济水平的耦合协调关系,揭示两者之间的内在影响机理,对促进我国省域竞技体育和社会经济的协调发展,进一步推动体育强国建设,具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文通过建立评估指标体系并综合运用TOPSIS法、耦合协调度模型和相对发展度模型,探究了中国内地31个省、市、自治区2001-2021年间竞技体育实力和社会经济水平的耦合协调状况。研究发现:竞技体育实力水平指数总体呈现先快速上升后缓慢下降的“倒V型”发展态势,空间上呈现由东部沿海地区向西部内陆逐渐减弱分的布趋势;耦合协调度总体呈现缓慢上升的发展态势,但耦合协调等级未实现跃迁,仍处于濒临失调水平,空间上呈现出“东强、中平、西弱”的分布格局;大多数省域竞技体育实力的发展滞后于同期社会经济的发展,社会经济水平越高的省域竞技体育实力越强。

Studying the coupling and coordination relationship between provincial competitive sports strength and socio-economic level,revealing the internal influence mechanism between the two,has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the coordinated development of provincial competitive sports and socio-economic in China,and further promoting the construction of a sports power.This article explores the coupling and coordination status of competitive sports strength and socio-economic level in 31 provinces,cities,and autonomous regions in China's Mainland from 2001 to 2021 by establishing an evaluation index system and comprehensively using TOPSIS method,coupling coordination model,and relative development model.The results show that:The overall index of competitive sports strength level shows an inverted V-shaped development trend that first rapidly increases and then slowly decreases,with a spatial distribution trend gradually weakening from the eastern coastal areas to the western inland areas;The overall development trend of coupling coordination degree is showing a slow increase,but the level of coupling coordination has not yet achieved a transition and is still on the brink of imbalance,showing a spatial distribution pattern of being strong in the east,medium in the flat,and weak in the west;The development of competitive sports strength in most provinces lags behind the socio-economic development of the same period,and the higher the socio-economic level,the stronger the competitive sports strength in provinces.
