摘要
近年来,中国提出的“人类命运共同体”、“一带一路”倡议等外交战略不断地深入推进,对既了解中国又了解世界的国际化人才的需求日益增强。本研究基于对中国高校留学生抽样调查数据,运用Multinomial Logit Model回归模型分析了在华留学生就业意愿与高校教育因素之间的关系,以探寻留学生在华就业的影响因素,并得到留学生在华就业预测模型。研究表明:就读学校排名、主修专业、实习经历、攻读的最高学历学位以及专业与就业相关性会对留学生在华就业意愿造成较大影响。高校可进一步加强留学生专业选择引导,引导留学生在华获得更高的学历,提供更多的实习机会,并进行就业引导,不仅可提高来华留学教育质量,而且可以服务于国家发展战略需要。
In recent years,the diplomatic strategies proposed by China,such as the“community of shared future for mankind”and the“Belt and Road”Initiative,have been advancing in depth,increasing the demand for international talents who understand both China and the world.Based on the sample survey data of overseas students in colleges and universities,this study takes college education as the entry point,and uses logistic regression analysis to analyze the relationship between the employment intention of overseas students in China and the influencing factors in college education,so as to explore the influencing factors of overseas students’employment in China,and the employment forecasting model of international students in China is also obtained.The results show that:Universities ranking,major,internship experience,the highest degree and the correlation between major and employment will affect the willingness of international students to work in China.Colleges and universities can further strengthen the guidance of international students’major selection,guide international students to obtain higher degrees in China,provide more internship opportunities,and provide employment guidance,which can not only improve the education quality of overseas students in China,but also serve the needs of national development strategy.
