以大历史观的哲学自觉准确理解和把握中华民族现代文明的核心要义是构建中华民族现代文明的思维前提。作为中国式现代化的文明表达,中华民族现代文明的构建不仅赓续五千年中华民族传统文明的根脉,而且是世界现代文明发展的最新形态。正如中国式现代化的“本质之新”源于“道路之新”,即源于对西方式现代化、旧中国道路模式的超越,中华民族现代文明也同样需要溯源如何对于西方式现代文明的超越。我们的语义分析必须从“现代”与“现代性”的历史演化入手,由此进展到何谓“现代文明”的演化逻辑,阐明作为中华民族传统文明创造性转化、创新性发展结果形态的中华民族现代文明的必然表达和理论旨归。从历史与逻辑统一的大历史观揭示中华民族现代文明的历史逻辑、现实逻辑、理论逻辑,阐明中华民族现代文明的本质内涵、基本特征、根脉魂脉、主要功能和运行规律,谱写作为自主知识体系的中华民族现代文明的话语体系是我们时代的使命。
