摘要
国家治理现代化的价值导向和档案资源数据化的实践转型共同呼吁档案数据治理能力提升,文件连续体理论体现的连续性、多维互动、时空延伸与档案数据治理强调的全程性、多元协同、价值实现相契合。以澳大利亚国家档案馆《数据战略2023—2025》为例,着眼于档案数据治理与文件连续体理论的耦合,阐明文件连续体理论应用于档案数据治理中的价值,从全程管控、主体协同、资源聚合等方面为档案数据治理能力提升建言献策。
The value orientation of the modernization of national governance and the practical transformation of archive resource digitization jointly call for the improvement of archive data governance capability.The continuity,time-space extension and multidimensional interaction embodied in the document continuum theory are consistent with the full process,value realization and multi coordination emphasized by the archive data governance.Taking the Data Strategy 2023-2025 of the Australian National Archives as an example,this paper focuses on the coupling of archive data governance and file continuum theory,clarifies the value of file continuum theory applied to archive data governance,and provides suggestions for improving archive data governance capability from the aspects of full process control,subject collaboration,resource aggregation,etc.
