Global Web Archiving:Panorama of Projects,Basic Elements and Key issues

通过系统的项目调查和分析,概述当下全球网络信息存档的行动全景,梳理流程中的基本环节要素,并提出实施项目需要关注的关键问题。以网络信息存档为主题,采用网络调查法,调查选取全球代表性网络信息存档实践作为分析案例进行深度编码解析,以此总结全球网络信息存档行动全景,从中提取出网络信息存档选、管、存、用的基本要素框架,同时指出网络信息存档面临也必须注意的四个关键问题:法律、技术、政策、标准,并结合相关实践提出针对性解决方案。

Through systematic project investigation and analysis,we summarize the current panorama of global web archiving projects,sort out the basic elements of the process,and propose key issues that need to be paid attention to in the implementation of the web archiving project.This paper takes web archiving as the theme,adopting the web survey research methodology,investigates and selects the global representative web archiving projects as analysis cases for in-depth coding analysis,so as to summarize the panorama of global web archiving projects,from which we extract the basic elements framework of web archiving projects:selection,management,storage,and use.At the same time,we point out four key issues that web archiving faces and must also pay attention to:law,technology,policy,and standards,and finally propose targeted solutions in the light of relevant practices.
